Joe Mack is the current general manager and vice-president of football operations for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Mack's first experience in the Canadian Football League came in 1984 as the director of player personnel for the Blue Bombers.[1] He left Winnipeg in 1987 to become a pro scout for the Atlanta Falcons. In 1989, Mack joined the Washington Redskins as the director of pro scouting.[2] He was a member of the Redskins front office when the team won Super Bowl XXVI.[3] In 1994, Mack joined the expansion Carolina Panthers as assistant general manager. In 1998 he was appointed interim director of player personnel for the expansion Cleveland Browns. He helped build another expansion team in 2001 as the director of football operations of the XFL's New York/New Jersey Hitmen.[4]

On January 22, 2010, Mack was named general manager and vice-president of football operations of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
